wiggle wiggle

I never thought I would have such a problem with a wiggly something.

Something as innocuous as a little back and forth motion.

It's driving me mad.

Today I must wonder if I'm cut out for this parenting biz after all...

You see K has a loose tooth (2 actually).

And it's right up front.

And it's wiggling.

Back and Forth.

To and Fro.

Front to Back.

Or so I assume... I've only heard about it. incessantly.

I haven't seen it.

I really can't look. I can't even glance at it.

Earlier? I asked her which tooth it was and then when she showed me I looked at her forehead.

Please please please... let it come out at school.

I promise you'll get used to it...
Well I hope you do anyway. Miss E is growing fangs at the moment so we're due for more to drop out. Fun.

Foster care is still an option.

just don't feed her corn on the cob.

Wrong advice from Mie, go ahead and give something like that, or an apple, then it's out and you are done with it.

Paige will play with her loose teeth for weeks. Yes, some take that long.

Good luck memorizing her forehead.

Chewy carmels. More fun than apples.

gaaaaaaaaaahhhh... there's nothing creepier to me than a loose tooth, so I'm with you on this. I even hated my own, lol.

This weekend my niece wiggled her front tooth for me and I almost fainted. Blood, scars, broken bones I can deal with. It's just something about loose teeth.

Sneak in while their asleep and yank the sucker.

oh yeah! i associate corn on the cob with teeth out. everytime i went loose my mom would force corn on me. i would welcome the corn because my dad was fond of saying 'i'll just take a piece of string, tie it to a doorknob....'

yeah, my dad. such a charmer.

well if Cami faints and K is there with a piece of corn, caramel or an apple with teeth stuck into it, it is all on your heads :)
send the hard/sticky food to school with her for lunch...

So with you on this. I can't take it; I just want them gone without me having to see it.

Great poem you got going there - Ode to Loose Teeth (That I Never Want to Know About).
