As I hang my head in shame, I have to admit that I only worked out the first week. We have all sorts of extra curriculars going on at night right now and a bad sleeper (Jocelyn) so I can't get up early in the morning to work out. But, I am going to try harder this month. I also took the bike to class everyday the last week instead of the bus.
